Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-5 business days. Seedlings are often shipped separately to ensure they arrive fresh for planting.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused urn systems. Due to the nature of live plants, seedlings are covered by our replacement guarantee if they do not arrive in healthy condition.
